The hire of Kenya Institute of Special Education hotel will be subject to the following observation;
1. The facility should be left as is at the time of hire.
2. Any damages to the hired facility or any other facility may suffer damage as a result of spill over from the hired facility will be charged.
3. The Kenya Institute of Special Education Council reserves a right of admission.
4. The running of Institute and its facilities is the prerogative of the institute management and cannot therefore be entrusted to the iindividual, team, federation or company.
5. All payments should be through Paybill or banker's cheque payable to the Kenya Institute of Special Education and a receipt should be obtained for all payments made from the finance office.
6. The Institute may cancel booking giving one week's notice to the hirer. The Institute will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such cancellation.
7. No refund will be made where the hirer fails to utilize the facility or where cancellation is done.
8. The Institute will conduct an inspection of the facility after use. The hirer will be informed within 24 hours of any loss or damage(s) caused as a result of his/her occupation.
9. The hirer is invited to inspect the facility before occupation ad alert the Institute of any damages that maybe noticed.
10. The Institute will not accept liability or any loss or damage suffered by the hirer or those participating in the function for which the facility has been hired.
11. The hirer is supposed to stick to the facility and not roam about in other areas.
12. Those wishing to hold garden wedding with the Institute MUST obtain license from the registrar of marriages and avail receipt to KISE at least 2 weeks before the wedding day.
13. Tents pitched within the Institute should be removed immediately after the function is over. A fee of KSh. 2000/= will be charged for any extra day.
14. The Institute expects all clients using it's facilities to adhere to the Ministry of Health guidelines in line with Covid-19 protocols.
